My voice is still mostly missing today but I’m positive that I’ll be getting better soon! ^_^/

Ah jeez… DS lite? Or you mean the very first DS? I’m with DSi and love it to bits. It’s my little buddy for wherever I go. Still debating on 3DS, the region lock is going to make it very difficult to me. ^^;

@Denny : Classic DS. To me the DS-lite brings nothing except reduced size which is not a good thing here, and i never got DSi nor DSi-XL because of the loss of GBA slot. I guess i’ll have to… As for 3DS, What’s with that region lock ? O_o

@Andore : not everyone, Chuck Norris is still fine. :D

@Frith Ra
That’s Levasu’s way to say he wants you all to VALUE him and his presence! XD

@Andore Mordre
True! A lot of people around me cough. Thankfully mine is not flue, just sore throat and feeling a little weak but it was enough to mess my plans, go figure.

@Rahna
Sadly I can’t exactly rest now that I have a permanent job. T_T; I’m feeling better though!

The lack of GBA slot is huge disadvantage, really! I wanted DS Lite but to my great luck it was sold out in my city so I ended up with DSi instead^^;
3DS is sold in my country but there are little to no games sold here. I have to import them and thanks to the region lock this narrows what I can import and not even further. It’s really annoying. I’ve not decided if I want to invest in this or not yet. Maybe eventually if some game that I really, really want comes out for it. ^^;

@Denny : it’s not just an inconvenience, there are many games that actually have an important feature that requires the GBA slot. Most notably all Generation 4 main series Pokemon RPGs.
No DS on Amazon ?
As for the region lock, i wonder. 3DS seems to be region-free, mostly because you state to others you meet online (within 3DS games) the country you’re from. I’ve met americans (the continent), europeans and eastern asians many times in the fes 3DS games i’ve been playing so far, like Pokemon X, Pokemon Y, and Steeldiver Subwars (this one, i downloaded from the nintendo e-store onto the 3DS, it’s not a cartridge).
I think you can get any game you want. You’ll want to buy right away a memory SD card, as the one given with the 3DS is only 2 GB. Any can work apparently, no matter the size or the constructor. I use generic 8 GB ones for both my 3DS. Once that’s done, you don’t need to get an actual cartridge, all cartridge games are also pruchasable as 3DS downloads from the e-store. Even though i’d recommend the cartridge to save space on your SD card. Some games (like Steeldiver Subwars, i believe) are aviable as downloads only. Did i mention that you access the e-store directly from your 3DS ? All you need in the end is a wifi connection for your 3DS to access internet, and you’re good.

I hope to see you in Pokemon X/Y ! :D :D

@Katagiri : ouch… You’d better get better soon as well as Denny !

@Katagiri
Oh dear, I hope you feel better soon. : (

@Darth Killer
The e-store wasn’t available in my country though the DSi last time I checked… but i could easily switch my region to UK and it was open. No idea if I can do that with a 3DS though. ^_^;;
