Drawing this page felt surreal. It was such a long journey where at times I thought I will never make it but… there we are! The ending!

There are just 2-3 more things to upload through the next weeks among which is trivia, Questions and Answers, so stay tuned! ^_^b
And yes, there will be FanFyria 2 and/or/maybe Origins Story!

Speaking of questions and answers, if you have any regarding the comic, myself, my art style or anything, please ask away! I will make a proper Q&A update but won’t hurt to start gathering questions from now. XD;

I will have a proper thank you update too but for now, THANK YOU for sticking with me for so long and motivating me into finishing this! Especially big, endless thanks to L for always editing my Engrish through the pages. I learned a lot from him!

It…it can’t be over. It can’t be, what am I supposed to do with my life?! I’ve never enjoyed a webcomic more, and now it’s over.

-collapses- I guess the first order of business is a hearty congratulations. You’ve done so much, and so well, and I know I’m pretty proud of ya. I look forward to whatever work may come next, and I will never /ever/ forget this wonderful story.

I also really hope this gets made into a legit book, because I’d buy it in a hearbeat. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to cry and write a nice fanfic for this tiny but undeniable fandom.

@Rahna
Thank you so much for the support and all the kind comments! ^_^
Well, I do plan sequels, things… a proper site, editing (boy that will take a while) and hopefully publishing! It will be a lot of work!
Oh, dear! If you do write a fanfic, I’d love to read it! I feel so flattered!

@Feather Quill Inkpot
Spot on! ^_^-
Originally I did think to have Denny with a pony tail but changed my mind eventually.
Thank you so much for the support!

Over? Over!? NOTHING is over, until we… oh. I guess it’s over. :(

I’ve loved reading the comic, it was an enjoyable story with good, interesting characters. And your art throughout has remained just beautiful. I do feel this ending was a bit… short. It felt like we were building up to a big climax and then just deflated. The ending was NOT bad. I like the way it wrapped up, it just feels like we’re missing about a dozen pages. :/

Eh, just my opinion. Still, I really enjoyed the whole production and look forward to whatever you put out next.

This was a wonderful story!!! Thank you so much for sharing with us!!! I also have to give you credit: it’s so rare that a webcomic actually comes to an end. Though the ending is, as previously mentioned, bittersweet, it is also worth that emotion. I enjoyed it thoroughly, start to tearful finish. :) Good luck in all of your endeavors and I hope to see more of your work one day!

Ooh… I recognized the last panel! (With changed Denny hair though) and dang it suits so well as the comic finale. It’s been a great ride to watch the story unfold and you evolve as a comic artist throughout! I know you’ll be very successful in the next and look forward to it as always. Congratulations and thank you for your work!

Wow, it’s over? It’s hard to believe. But can it really be considered over if there’s gonna be a sequel? Don’t think so.

So, is this sequel going to be a direct continuation? Or, will it be a separate story in the world of Fanfyria, with maybe a smattering of familiar characters?

Oh wow…the end. I had a feeling it was getting close, but I didn’t want to believe it would ever end.

This was, put simply, an amazing comic. Easily one of my favorites that I’ve ever read. Everything from the concept, the story, and the characters had me completely hooked from the moment I started reading.

Overall thought: thank you for sharing this story with us. I cannot, I repeat, can NOT wait to see your next project (whether it’s FanFyria 2 or something completely different).

…hmm, I have an idea now. I occasionally write reviews of stuff, but they’re always video game reviews. I’ve never written a webcomic review before. Maybe I’ll write a review of FanFyria sometime soon, now that it’s over?

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!?!?!?!?

ok….first!!:

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Second:

Wrrrrrrrhy?!?!…so soon!!! I was wating for a great come back…like, new journey and enemies….a plot twist, but thats ok…It was a great story.

well Denny good luck on any project you may have, it was a short story (for me), but I loved reading it, you didn’t gave up on the comic with all going on in your life.Well, I think there is a message in the end, but all I can say now is, good work girl.

I’ll also be waiting for your next project, fanfyrua 2 or any other. Good Luck.

The fact that you even remember all my comments makes me happy, you are so welcome. Well then, I’ll definitely stick around to see all of that! XD It’s very cheering to know we won’t have to say goodbye just yet.

But of course! ^w^ I’ll post it up to Fanfiction when it’s written, and then share a link in the most recent comment thread. (Mind you, I still have to think of an idea…)

Just reread the first few pages. Does anybody else realize that Levasu is NOT a sin? That he does in fact have what appears to be a strong bond with his…author/artist? He went through the teacher to bring Denny into FanFyria didn’t he???

Maybe, but Levasu does say that Denny had foiled his plans one time too many. All Denny had been doing was imagining an anvil on the teacher’s head. If the two are disconnected how would the anvil imaginings affect Levasu? Just thinkin.

Silval : that’s because the anvil has nothing to do with Exxardian’s muse powers. It’s more directly related to Denny’s status as a human chosen, having the ability to affect Fyria itself from Earth, hence the pillar she successfully created.

though i’ve yet to figure out how materializing this pillar actually instantly saves Fyria in anyway.
*** And now for your favorite TV show : How the hell does it work ? ***

Overall, i’m left a bit disapointed, mostly because i’m left hungry for more. The arc ends too quickly with a major victory and nothing to give it a start for a sequel arc. The first Matrix movie had the same problem, and they had to retcon in the second movie several lore facts established by the first one, like Neo’s status as the second chosen one, becoming the 6th instead. It works in the end, but it’s still a pretty messy fix.

The lore background and storytelling are geat, lots of potential there, including for alternate media types (like novels and video games), all characters having something interesting to attach oneself to, may they be good or bad guys. Even the teacher, with his little time in the comic and little lines, has shown some interesting elements. The moral elements are also very deep, questionning our real world’s human values in the process and forcing the reader to question his own choices in life. That’s no easy achievement.

The drawing is great. Maybe some color in the future would improve it even further, but as it is it’s already a wonder for the eyes. The magic effects (both fyrian and void magic) are very impressive and one can even feel the density of the energies just by glaring on the textures. As for the bubbles, they are always well-places so as not to pollute the drawing. Beware the typos, though ! ;)

Final rate for this arc : 9/10. The missing point being due to the quick ending.

Sorry I’m late, but I wanted to go back and re-read the whole thing through to enjoy it again.

Firstly though, I love the last panel. I remember the original version of that pic, and I love that you ended that way. I love everything about it.

I love how, from the start, you’ve always had interesting pages. Interesting panels and layouts, and your character style worked so well for the comic. The characters were always so dynamic, and I love the little details – the things likes birds and cats and crowds and such in the background that give the whole world a personality and make even that a part of the story. And well…221 pages of Denny arts is always worth itself in gold. >>

I love how Exarrd and Denny’s relationship developed during the story. I love how they hit it off (or rather…didn’t) from the start. But it was there, the bond, even if it was mostly sarcastic back and forth for a while. Even knowing their background going into it, just seeing it come to life was new and fresh and able to enjoy it all over again.

And of course I just loved Exarrd’s constant commentary on whatever was happening at the moment in the story.

And then there’s Levie, who really is honestly one of my favorite villains ever. I’m glad he got to go all dragon at the end, even if it really didn’t last long. But even before, in each of his moments, he actually seemed like he would be pretty legit badass…and then something would always come along and ruin it. He was still great though.

I love that each character that you drew always had their own look and stood out among the rest. They all had their own personality too. And I loved the different versions of Fyria. And the dark-Exarrd looked awesome. And always always loved the special effects, especially the way you draw wings.

I like how muses/unmuses/sins are so central to the story. Well, of course, they would be. But FanFyria itself is fascinating as a world, the potential for humans, and the power of creation. But making the story not just about this fascinating world, but about the muses and the relationships with them makes a story about imagination so much more personal and really hits all of it home. And I love that Exarrd’s name was so well tied in with the climactic battle, his power, and his relationship with Denny.

You know, in some ways, I’ll always been a little jealous of how well you can tell a story. Because you can. It’s been such a great mix of humor and seriousness and action and quiet-exposition-that’s-actually-really interesting. And the way that you get right to the heart of things so perfectly. But I’m so glad that you can tell a story so well, because it’s been so wonderful to read. Thank you for it. And congrats on making it all the way through. You are awesome.

Eeeeeyyy, new party member! -pulls Chrushl in- I’m sorry you weren’t here while it was ongoing, cause we had some crazy debates going on then, but please continue to swing when the second half comes up. The fandom is still really small, so new members are more than welcome. ;D

Hey there, chrushl! Nice to meet you and thank you for the kind comments! ^_^-
An update is coming soon, L is working on something with me!
In the meantime, are you guys interested in forums where we can interact or is it better if we stick to comments like we’re used to?
